Low fat curry recipe for Weight Watchers? - coconut milk weight loss

I Weight Watchers plan, and I like curry. I bought ready-made sauces (SLD), which is 2 points for each bottle of medium,
but I'm sure I can make a weak point.
All ground spices are free have no body fat is not a recipe curry () is too hot cream or coconut milk in it.

Chicken Divan

Ingredients:
2 packages frozen broccoli Spears
6 chicken breast boneless, skinless
1 cup low-fat yogurt
1 can cream chicken
1 / 2 teaspoon curry powder
2 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
1 / 2 cup bread crumbs

Oven to 350 F. Steam broccoli until tender (they are about 2 minutes). Spray a 9 - to 13-inch spray a Teflon cooking. Drain broccoli and the bottom pan.

Boil chicken until done. Cut, cut into small pieces or shreds. Broccoli. Mix the yogurt with the soup and curry. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake 30 minutes.
